MANDEM is a symbiotic pair of artists (Maize Arendsee and Moco Steinman). Our work deals with transmutation and evolution -- capturing the metamorphic moments of life where everything changes, and telling the stories of multivalent, multi-textured, variegated things.

We are currently working on art for Abney Park's "Airship Pirates" steampunk roleplaying game. Other recent projects include art for albums by The Cruxshadows, Michael Shulman, and Eternal Essence.
